We leave out logos, lettering, team names and named characters.

What families ask us before they order.

Who can be in a Together portrait?

Up to 12 in all, people and pets, with five included in the price. A child and their dog, a couple and their cat, a family of three and their rabbit.

What about bigger families?

A Together portrait holds up to 12 people and pets. Five are included, and each one more is $10. With eight or more, your portrait is printed wide on the 18 × 24 with a mat, so everyone has room.

What photos do you need?

One clear photo of each person and each pet, face well lit, the original from your camera roll. They don’t need to be together in the photo; we bring everyone together in the portrait.

What if I don’t like the proof?

Tell us what to change and we illustrate it again from your photos, as many times as you like. Nothing prints until you say yes.

What if it still isn’t right?

If we can’t make a portrait meet our standard, we’ll agree with you to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Can I order one as a gift?

Yes. If you don’t have their photos yet, choose the Portrait Gift, Photos Later. We email you a card to print and give, and they send their photos whenever they’re ready. If you have their photos, order any portrait and we’ll ship it to the address you give at checkout.

Can you make a portrait of a pet who has died?

Yes. Send the clearest photo you have, old or new. If it won’t make a good portrait, we’ll tell you before we begin.

How long does it take?

Your proof comes within 48 hours of receiving your photos. Printing and framing follow your approval, then it ships free.
