Who you're dealing with

Furever Tales is a brand of Sagamore Studios LLC, based in New Jersey, USA. When you place an order or use this site, you're agreeing to the terms below. They're written plainly on purpose.

Ordering and your details

After you order, you'll send us the details that make your book yours — names, family details, and photographs — through our personalization form. Please make sure they're accurate; your book is built from exactly what you give us.

By sending us photographs, you confirm they are yours to share and that you're comfortable with us using them to create your book.

You approve before we print

This is the heart of how we work. After you send your details, we build your book and send you a proof of every page. Nothing is printed until you have seen it and told us it's right. Revisions are part of the work, not a complaint.

Made to order, and returns

Because every book is made for one family, we can't take it back the way a shop takes back something off the shelf — which is exactly why you approve every page first. If a book arrives damaged, or a printing error slips past us, tell us and we'll remake it or refund it.

And we won't ship a book that isn't right: if we can't make it meet our standard, we cancel the order and refund you rather than send it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are charged at checkout through our store provider. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.

Shipping

Once you've approved your proof, your book is printed and sent. Timelines are described on our Shipping & Returns page. We're not responsible for delays once a book is in the carrier's hands, but if something goes wrong in transit, write to us and we'll help make it right.

What belongs to whom

Your photographs stay yours. You're giving us permission to use them only to create and deliver your book.

The illustrations we create, the story text, and the design of the book are the work of Furever Tales. When you buy a book, it's yours to keep, enjoy, and gift — but not to reproduce or resell commercially.

Using this site

Please use the site for its purpose — exploring our books and placing orders. Don't attempt to disrupt it, misuse it, or copy its content for your own commercial use.

The honest fine print

We put real care into every book, but we can't promise the site will always be perfect or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Furever Tales and Sagamore Studios LLC aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses, and our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and move the date below.
