Their first proof usually arrives within 48 hours of receiving their photos. They can ask for changes as many times as they like. Then it’s printed, framed and shipped, free in the US. If we can’t make a portrait we’re happy with, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

We will never send you a portrait we wouldn’t hang in our own home.

  • Nothing prints until the proof is approved.
  • They can ask for changes as many times as they like.
  • If your portrait arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the approved proof, we’ll replace it. Tell us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo.
