Your proof comes within 48 hours of receiving your photos. After you approve it, printing takes about three to five business days, and free US ground shipping usually adds three to five more. Express at checkout brings the shipping down to a day or two but cannot speed the printing, so order early in the season and leave room before the holiday.

Is there a version that does not ship?

Yes. The Digital Edition is the same seven spreads delivered as a private link, so nothing has to arrive in the mail.

Always. You see every face and every paw in a proof, and nothing prints until you say yes.

Most of our books are gifts, and most gifts have a date. Tell us yours and we’ll tell you what’s possible. After you approve your proof, your book takes about three to five business days to print and bind, then ships. Standard delivery adds three to five more, and Express brings that last part down to a day or two. Express speeds the shipping, not the printing, so the earlier you order, the safer the date. Will I see the book before it’s printed?

Yes, always. You see every page and approve it before anything is printed, with your first proof back within 48 hours of receiving your photos. If a face needs softening, a coat color isn’t quite right, or a small detail feels off, tell us and we’ll fix it. You can ask for changes as many times as you like. Nothing prints until you say yes.

How does personalizing the book work?

Every book is built around your pet, your child, and whichever family members you choose to include. After checkout, you’ll receive a short personalization form. You choose a starting character for each person, then send us as much as you’d like: reference photos, and the details that make someone themselves (a hair color, a beard, glasses, a favorite outfit, a small object that matters). The starting characters are a beginning, not a limit. We work from there.
